Graphene leaf is a sheet product made from grapheme nanoplatelets, and one or more other ingredients. By tailoring the composition, density and manufacturing process, we can alter the material’s properties.

Typical formulation are designed to balance mechanical properties while optimizing:

Ø  Electrical properties. Formulation are available with surface conductivity ranging as low as 0.1 Ohm/sq. 

Ø  Thermal conductivity and spreading. Formulations are available with in-plane conductivity above 200 W/m.K.

Ø  Thickness can be controlled in the range of 40 to 200+ microns.

Possible application includes:

Ø  EMI Shielding

Ø  Electrodes for batteries or super capacitors

Ø  Conductive substrate for bio-sensors

Ø  Resistance heating

Ø  High- barrier packaging

Ø  Reinforcement for composites

Ø  Thermal shields and spreaders

Ø  Water treatment.
